We’re proud to announce that two Conservatorium High School students , Andrei Hadap Year 11 and past student Pavle Cajic are among the eight finalists of The Metropolitan Orchestra’s inaugural Composer Development Program. These eight talented NSW based composers will now enter Stages One and Two of the program where they will work with our Artistic Director and Chief Conductor Sarah-Grace Williams and an ensemble of TMO’s principal players to fine tune their work. Four will then progress to Stage Three where they will workshop their pieces with The Metropolitan Orchestra at The Eugene Goossens Hall, ABC Centre Ultimo on July 22nd.

On Friday 13th November the Czech Philharmonic Children’s Choir and the Conservatorium High School Chorale conducted by Choirmasters Petr Louženský and Réka Csernyik workshopped and performed Czech and Australian Christmas Carols.
